Laura is a Stop Overeating coach, specialising in helping hard-working women unlearn their after-work overeating patterns. She helps people to lose weight without dieting, and also diminish their binges beyond recognition, using her cognitive, behavioural, and hypnotherapy methods. She has a coaching programme which is a blend of 1:1 coaching with online self-study. She lives in Cornwall, UK, which is famous for the stunning coastal scenery in the filming of Poldark. A mother of 3, and recovered binge eater herself, and recovering workaholic and striver, she's keen to leave a legacy of healing for her girls and for women everywhere.
